Executive Trainees

The graduates from food technology, food sciences or equivalent background as recruited as Executive Trainees.

To enable them with right skills and right knowledge they are taken through a well planned and carefully designed Executive Trainee program.

The program starts with induction from the top management where the trainees are briefed about the various functions of the organization and its business. It is then followed by the visits to various manufacturing units. During these visits they are given in depth knowledge on various processes involved during the manufacturing of beer. This involves both classroom training and on the job training.

Also emphasis is laid on developing the soft skills which ensures that the trainees undergo all round development. They are continuously evaluated and their progress is tracked and post completion of the trainee program they are offered their final posting.
