Management Trainees

The students from B-schools are recruited as Management Trainees (MT). They undergo a rigorous management trainee program, which gives them a complete understanding of the organization and business.

The MT program starts with the business overview. It then spreads into cross functional stints which give the practical exposure to the challenges faced across functions. This equips the employees to take the responsibilities independently and contribute successfully to organization’s growth.

On the job stint gives them hands on experience and enables them to take greater challenges in career ahead.

All the stints are followed by evaluations and assessments, which helps them in identifying their areas of improvement and their progress further. This entire program gives them skills, knowledge and experience to handle their roles efficiently.
