SABMiller India recruits Executive Trainees across the country for multiple functions. Trainees first attend a one-week corporate induction program. The induction program is also aimed at facilitating a smooth transition from campus to the corporate world as well as to provide an opportunity to interact with business leaders.
Once the Trainees join their respective businesses, they are taken through an extensive insight into their own business function. Post completion of the one year training program and relevant assessments, trainees are allocated to the respective function.
