B. Hari Krishna is the Director – Human Resources from August 1, 2006.   He is responsible for leading the organization strategy from a Human Resource perspective to build a high performance and caring culture and align our capability with the world class standards of SABMiller while also positioning the company effectively for the long term growth of our business.

Hari Krishna after completing his graduation in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai in 1978 went on to do his Post Graduate Honours Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur in 1980. His professional life commenced as a Management Trainee in

Britannia Industries Limited and went on to head HR for the South, North and Eastern regions and ultimately headed the HR of that company till 2004.

Hari Krishna has also done stints in Arvind Mills Ltd. Ahmedabad as Head – HR for the Denim Business Division and another stint as Executive Vice President HR for Arvind Brands Ltd. at Bangalore. In between he has also had a brief experience in Ford India Ltd where he served as General Manager – Human Resource.
