Students from reputed B-schools are recruited as Management Trainees. They are recruited through pre-placement Interviews or direct campus recruitment. They undergo a rigorous training program, giving them a complete understanding of the organization and business.
Once on-board, their program starts with one-week corporate induction program, providing them the business overview followed by a series of carefully designed stints. All the stints are followed by evaluations and assessments, which helps them in identifying their areas of improvement and further progress.
At the end of the training period, all trainees are assessed on the basis of their learning and project performances. On successful completion, students get placed in their respective functions.
