Your CV will be rigorously screened by one of our Recruitment Managers or HR representatives and you will be notified of the status of your application as soon as possible. You may be invited to undertake an initial telephone interview, followed by a first round of functional personal interview. Once suitability towards the candidate’s profile and the vacancy is established, then the candidate is invited for a second round of interview with other stakeholders. All profiles deputy manager and above will be undergoing a psychometric assessment. Feedback on the same is provided to the candidate post joining purely as a developmental intervention.
